Chef Showdown: Virtual Cooking Competition

Calling all young food lovers in grades 4 through 8! Join us for the Chef Showdown, a fun and friendly virtual cooking competition where kids show off their creativity and kitchen skills. Whether you're whipping up a family favorite or inventing your own tasty creation, this is your chance to shine in the spotlight. Participants will cook live and submit a photo of their final dish, and judges will score based on creativity, presentation, and passion. Grab your apron, fire up the stove (with an adult’s help!), and get ready to cook up some fun! No cooking experience required.  Competition Styles

• Live Cook-Along Round: Kids cook in real time via Zoom.

• Mystery Basket Challenge: A list of 3–5 ingredients is revealed in advance; kids must use them in a dish.

• Theme-Based Round: Examples—"Breakfast Bonanza," "Around the World," or "Healthy Snacks."

• Show & Tell: Pre-recorded cooking videos submitted by participants, followed by a…
